Shipments and returns

All our products are carefully handmade in our workshop. Normally all our parts can be available at the time of your order and will be shipped within 4 business days. All other items are "made to order" and their preparation time can be 7 to 10 days. If you need to meet a certain deadline or need a fast shipping, we will be happy to help you in hello@beasoldado.com

Shipments

* SUMMER AND AUGUST SALES: Orders placed during the last week of sales (24-31 July) and the first half of August, may suffer a delay in shipping until the end of the same month.

We will inform you via email of the status of the shipment from the moment the purchase is made:

  • The maximum manufacturing and delivery time will be 15 working days, as they are made by hand once we receive the order. Normally in a week you can receive your order.
  • To ensure the arrival of your order, consult by mail.
  • In the period of Black Friday, Christmas and Kings, check availability to ensure that your order arrives on time.
  • From November 24 until the end of January sales, the delivery time can be 21 working days.

The shipping costs for each geographical area are as follows:

PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS

  • Purchases over 50€ – FREE SHIPPING
  • Purchases under 50€ – 5€

CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA

  • Unavailable.

EUROPA ( France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium and Italy)

-To the United Kingdom there is currently no possibility of shipments.

Returns

Unless we error the shipping costs in the returns are borne by the buyer.

For pending, returns will NOT be accepted, for hygienic reasons.

Special sizes (off-site) do not allow returns.

If exceptionally you have received the order in poor condition or I have got it wrong size and would like to change it or return it. You may change/return your item within 14 days of delivery as long as;

-Be returned in perfect condition.
-Including the original box, as it is considered part of the product.
-Through any secure method of transport.

Once the product has been received in our warehouses and after checking the status of the same, the amount will be refunded through the payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after the notification of withdrawal.

The amount will be refunded in the same way in which the payment is made.
