Shipping policy
Handmade Production All our products are carefully handcrafted in our workshop. Most pieces are available at the time of purchase and will be shipped within 4 business days. All other items are "made to order," with a preparation time of 7 to 10 days. If you have a specific deadline or require express shipping, we are happy to assist you at hello@beasoldado.com.
The newsletter subscription discount and any other coupon codes are not cumulative with other offers, such as Black Friday, seasonal sales, anniversary promotions, or any other temporary discount periods or coupons.
Shipping

SUMMER SALES, AUGUST, AND BLACK FRIDAY: Orders placed during the last week of sales (July 24–31) and the first half of August may experience shipping delays until the end of that month.

The maximum production and delivery time is 15 business days, as items are handmade upon order. Typically, you will receive your order within one week.

Holiday Season: During Black Friday, Christmas, and Three Kings' Day, please check availability to ensure your order arrives on time. From November 19 until the end of the January sales, delivery times may extend to 21 business days.

SPAIN (Peninsula): Free shipping on orders over €80. For orders under €80, shipping starts at €5.

CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, AND MELILLA: Shipping currently unavailable.

EUROPE (France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, and Italy): €10 flat rate. Shipping to the UK is currently unavailable.
Delivery Information Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer via our courier service. Since these are high-value items, we expressly recommend hand-delivery to the recipient. If the customer provides different instructions to the courier (such as delivery to a third party or a different location), the company will not assume responsibility for loss, damage, or misplacement.
