USER OBLIGATIONS By accessing and browsing this website, the user is obliged to use it in accordance with current legislation at all times and the conditions established in this Legal Notice, morality, generally accepted good customs, and public order. The user shall be liable to Bea Soldado and/or third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of a breach of this obligation. Bea Soldado may prohibit access to this website to any user who engages in illegal conduct. The user of this website must refrain, in any case, from deleting, altering, evading, or manipulating any protection device or security system that may be installed on it.

ORDER Placing an order on beasoldado.com is equivalent to the full and entire acceptance of the prices, the description of the products, the sale, and the general conditions of sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded. You agree to only use the beasoldado.com website to make legally valid inquiries or orders. You are also obliged to provide us with your correct and real email address, postal address, and/or other contact information and consent that we may use this information to contact you if necessary (see Privacy Policy section). If you do not provide us with all the information we need, we will not be able to process your order. When you make the purchase, you declare to be the legitimate owner or authorized user of the payment method. To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure through to payment. After this, you will receive an email as a receipt for your order. Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to our acceptance, and the Shipping Confirmation of such acceptance will be sent to you via email. The contract for the purchase of a product/s between us will be formalized only when we send you that Shipping Confirmation. Only those products listed in the Shipping Confirmation will be the subject of the Contract.

AVAILABILITY Service Availability: The items offered through this website will only be available in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

DELIVERY Bea Soldado undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition to the delivery address you indicate on the order form. You may request delivery of the items to another home and to a different individual than the one subscribing to the order, provided that the delivery address is located in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. Orders will not be delivered to PO Boxes. In order to optimize delivery, we would appreciate it if you indicate an address where the order can be delivered within normal business hours. Delivery will be made to the address designated by you. In the event of the recipient's absence at the time of delivery, a notice will be left indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery, except in the case of shipments by standard mail. Bea Soldado reserves the right to vary the type of shipment and the company through which it is carried out, regardless of what is stated on these pages and as long as it does not imply manifest harm to the customer. Shipping costs will be reflected at the final moment of purchase. These conditions may be modified. For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that "delivery" has occurred or that the product(s) have been delivered at the time of signing for their receipt at the agreed delivery address.

IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY We reserve the right to withdraw any Product from our website at any time and/or to remove or modify any material or content therein. Although we will do our best to always process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation, and we reserve the right to do so at any time, at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for the fact of withdrawing any product from our Bea Soldado website, regardless of whether said product has been sold or not, removing or modifying any material or content on the website, or for refusing to process an order once we have sent you the Order Confirmation.

PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS Prices on the website include VAT but exclude shipping costs.

• Stock available: Delivery within 24 to 48 business hours.

• Out of stock: Production time of 10 to 12 days.

• Canary Islands: Shipping costs €36.70 (includes shipping and Export DUA). Import DUA and IGIC (7%) are the buyer's responsibility upon delivery.

LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER The photographs and reproduced texts presenting the products offered are for informational purposes only. Bea Soldado's liability in relation to any product purchased on beasoldado.com will be strictly limited, in any case, to the purchase price of said product and will not be compromised by simple errors or omissions that may have taken place, when all necessary precautions have been taken in the presentation of the products. These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile.

WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTICES Applicable regulations require that part of the information or communications we send to you be in writing. By using the beasoldado.com website, you accept that most communications with us will be electronic. We will contact you by email. In all communications and in the formulation of the contract, we will use the official language of the Spanish State, Spanish (Castilian). For contractual purposes, you consent to using this electronic means of communication and acknowledge that all contracts, notifications, information, and other communications that we send to you electronically comply with the legal requirements of being in writing. This condition will not affect your statutory rights.
